I am on the Direct Premium plan and do not have an independent Stripe account. I am trying to connect my LLC business bank account, but the compliance checker is locked onto my personal name and rejecting the verification. I cannot change the underlying profile type. Please have an admin reset my Direct Premium KYC verification portal so I can select 'Business' and register my LLC bank account properly. I have tried to get help for 3 days now and cannot get anyone to help me.

I checked your ticket and saw that our Support team got back to you in the meantime. I’ll share the steps here as well, in case they’re helpful to someone else.
To update your payout method with your LLC bank account details, first verify the bank account option here: https://my.hospitable.com/settings/payouts?tab=accounts
Then, update the account and routing numbers with your LLC bank account information.
Once everything is verified, your upcoming payouts should automatically be processed using the new LLC bank account details.
