Why didn't my guest get charged the full amount? It was short $28

Other guests are charged correctly. This guest was not. He paid an amount $28 short. It was a VRBO booking, and I have not had this issue with them before.

I have had a similar issue with Airbnb and Direct bookings on one of my properties (all the others are fine). I narrowed it down to the sales tax calculation. I have it setup for a 6% local tax, but the guest is only being charged half of that.
And...I have opened a ticket twice with not resolution. The last ticket was opened a week ago and I have yet to receive a response from anyone...Bueller? Bueller?

It's difficult to say without looking at your account specifically, and our Support team would be best placed to investigate that.

From a quick check, one possible reason could be a discount being applied to the reservation. Do you have a member discount enabled on Vrbo?
