Guest Vetting Update - Now Live for (most) Direct Premium Bookings

Hi everyone!We’re excited to share that our new Guest Vetting Service (GVS) is now live for all Direct Premium bookings - with the exception of Custom Quotes (coming soon)! After several weeks of testing, refining, and listening to feedback, we’ve rolled this out across the board to help keep you, your homes, and your guests safer - and to make guest vetting less of a burden in the booking flow.GVS replaces our previous vetting provider (Autohost) and gives us more flexibility, faster improvements, and better visibility into guest risks. So Hospitable obviously loves community.We have our bi-weekly town hall, which is an opportunity to share everything we've been working on, get your feedback directly, live.We also have our Facebook group, another great way to let you ask your questions, to speak with other like-minded hosts and get connected.So we absolutely love being a transparent company and getting hosts connected to each other and us connecting to other hosts so that we can learn from them and improve our products and design it in a way that works for more of you.There's some challenges with our current setup though. So the Facebook Group is limiting in a sense of our own team has challenges accessing it sometimes and hosts as well sometimes have challenges.They're not always active on Facebook so they have to create a profile specifically to join the group and then their account can get marked as spam if they're

You can now add transactions directly to your business, not just individual properties!With the introduction of businesses in Hospitable, there are situations where certain transactions, like software subscriptions, business-wide expenses, or service fees, don’t belong to a single property. That’s where business transactions come in. 🧾 What to know: These transactions don’t appear on Owner Statements or Invoices. Last week, we’ve hosted Host & Toast gatherings in Orlando, Atlanta, and Charlotte, and each event reminded us why face-to-face connection still matters. 💜 Each city brought its own flavor.
