Owner Statements
Auto-collect payments with Owner Invoices
- Owners can now pay invoices with their bank account within their portal
- You’ll see the invoice payment status visible in statement overview
- You can set payment terms for 7, 14, or 21 days when publishing owner invoices
- View invoice payout history is visible in your settings
- Owner statement payouts now show whether the payment was inbound our outbound
Improved owner statements Reservation Adjustment Deletion
- You can now easily delete owner statement reservation adjustments
- This eliminates the need to reach out to support for changes already made
- Adjustments can be deleted directly from the statement, but not once it is published
Owners Portal
Show unpublished financials in the Owners Portal
- Property managers can now choose to display unpublished financials in the owner portal
- By default, the current month's data will be shown, but this can be turned off if desired
- If the setting is turned off, the previous month's statement data will be shown instead
- Available for Mogul users as part of the General Availability milestone
- This is a new feature added to improve the owner portal experience for property managers

Transfer property ownership with ease
- You can now easily transfer property ownership between owners
- There will be a complete ownership history on the property page
- You’re able to delete ownership periods and restore previous owners if necessary
- Quickly ensure correct ownership is shown for each of your statements
Cancellation policies available for listing management
- Manage cancellation policies for your Airbnb, Booking, and Vrbo-official managed listings
- Cancellation policies now in general availability for all users
- Access the new feature through the Property Booking Policies page
- Easily customize policies to suit your needs
- Simplify cancellation processes for your guests and improve their experience
Inbox
Improved AI responses with image access
- Images can be used as a reference when replying to guests with Suggest with AI, Improve with AI, and Auto Reply
- This access to images in conversations will significantly improve context to responses
Videos are now visible from Airbnb messages
- Airbnb’s API update allows us to show video messages in guest conversations
- This will cause less confusion when a guest explains the state of the property with a video
Improved clarity for Airbnb Support messages
- Airbnb Support messages are now clearly labeled with "Sent by Airbnb Support" and icon
- This will help you easily identify and distinguish messages from Airbnb Support and guests
General
New sign in option with Google
- You can now link your Google account in the Security settings
- This will simplify the sign in process and help you access your account quicker
