We're excited to announce that in February 2026, your owners will be able to pay invoices directly from the Owner Portal — making it easier than ever to receive payment from your owners for monthly invoices.

What this means for you:

  • More streamlined experience for you and your owners - everything happens in Hospitable and your Owner’s Portal.
  • Less back-and-forth chasing down payments - we’ll remind them of upcoming due dates, and keep you posted on payment statuses.

How to prepare:

You'll need to complete two simple steps in January, to be ready to invoice for January on February 1st.

  1. Connect your bank account to your Property Management Business
  2. Invite your owners to connect their bank accounts — Send invitations to your owners so they can securely link their payment method before the feature goes live. Keep in mind that the bank account verification process can sometimes take a few days, so it’s best to start now. 

By getting set up now, you and your owners will be ready to hit the ground running in February, so you can receive their payments for January Invoices.

Eager to participate before the February launch? You can join our private pilot! Let us know in the comments once you and your owners have connected bank accounts, and we’ll invite you to a private pilot, where you’ll get early access and can receive payments for any unpaid December Invoices.

I’m an owner but would be interested in my housekeepers being able to automatically bill me for cleanings, without me having to send each individual payment. Would this service work for that?  They’re already on hospitable.

This is going to be a game-changer!   I’ll search for and potentially start another thread on this but in case you all see this:

Who else would benefit from a setting that allows us to automatically keep a Property Reserve number that is calculated in each month’s distribution amount? 

 

For example:  $1,000 income this month minus 20% fees would lead to $800 of distributable cash if no other expenses were there.  It would be so helpful for my day to day operations to have an automated $500 property reserve held out to make the distributable cash in this example $300, leaving $500 on hand between distribution day and the next incoming rent to service maintenance and repair needs.
