New: CICO time change team notifications

Hey everyone! 👋

We’ve just rolled out Check-in / Checkout (CICO) time change team notifications to Beta users! 

If you have Beta features enabled, you’ll now see a new notification type under:
Operations → Notification rules → Add new → Check-in / checkout time change
(If you’re not on Beta yet, you can enable it under Settings → General.)

This notification triggers automatically when:

  • A guest purchases a CICO Upsell (learn more)

  • A team member manually adjusts CICO times in the Inbox

We’d love your feedback as we test this out:

  • Are notifications firing at the right moments?

  • Anything confusing, missing, or behaving unexpectedly?

Drop your comments below and let us know what you’re seeing. Assuming no major issues, we’ll be rolling this out to everyone in the coming weeks. 🙌

Tested it last night with management and cleaner notifications, everyone received within 30 seconds of me manually changing the time.

Hopefully this new notification allows you to re-enable CICO upsells to keep your team in the loop!

For anyone following along, the Check-in / Checkout (CICO) time change team notification is now out of Beta and available to all! 🚀

A big thank you to anyone who tried this out during the Beta period, we monitored usage and notification closely and saw everything was working as expected 🙏
