You’re task management is now more transparent and streamlined, making communication seamless between your entire team! We’ve also made some exciting updates to our Auto Reply’s functionality, causing less confusion when replying to guests.

Operations

Assign tasks that teammates can accept or reject ✅

  • Teammates can now easily confirm availability for new task assignments with Accept and Reject buttons
  • You’ll receive notifications if they’re accepted or rejected and can see the task status directly in the app
  • You won’t receive notifications for existing assigned tasks unless they are reassigned
  • Teammates or yourself can reassign rejected tasks and see who has declined them
  • This will help streamline task management, improving communication between hosts and property managers and simplifying the process of completing and updating tasks

Unlimited secondary users for Host plan ➕

  • Host plan users can now add unlimited secondary users, allowing for easier management and collaboration within a team

AI

Abort sending of Auto Reply messages 🛑

  • You no longer will have to compete with Auto Reply when sending messages to guests
  • Auto Reply will detect that you or a teammate are typing a message and it will not interfere
  • Conversation notes will not be added and no notifications will be created if the Auto Reply is aborted

Auto Reply fallback messages adhere to time delays ⏰

  • When you’re using Auto Reply's prepare and delay mode, fallback messages will wait for the configured amount of time before being sent
  • This ensures that you can review and intervene with normal messages before fallback messages are sent
  • You’ll now have more control over when fallback messages are sent to guests in cases where Auto Reply cannot respond immediately

Owners Portal

New password reset functionality added to the Owner Portal 🤔

  • Owners can now easily reset their password directly in their portal
  • This eliminates the need to contact support for password reset requests
  • It’s convenient and user-friendly, saving time and hassle for property managers
