We’re excited to announce that Zapier Integration v1.1 is now live, bringing a major upgrade to your automation toolkit!

Until now, our integration supported Triggers only, allowing you to kick off workflows from events happening in Hospitable. With version 1.1, we’re adding Actions, enabling you to do even more directly from your Zapier Zaps.

✨ What’s New in v1.1?

You can now perform actions in Hospitable from other apps in your Zapier workflows. The following Actions are now available:

  • Send a Message to a Reservation

Automatically send a personalized message to a guest linked to a specific reservation.

  • Send a Message for an Inquiry

Engage promptly by sending a message to a guest who has made an inquiry – perfect for faster follow-ups and conversions.

  • Respond to a Review

Close the loop with your guests by automatically posting responses to reviews as they come in.

These new Actions unlock powerful automation possibilities. Whether you’re using a CRM, calendar, or AI assistant in your stack, you can now take hands-free action in Hospitable with just a few clicks.

📌 Getting Started

To explore the new version:

  1. Head over to Zapier.

  2. Choose Hospitable v1.1 when setting up your Zaps.

  3. Select an Action as your Zap’s output and configure it as needed.

We can’t wait to see the creative automations you build with this upgrade. As always, your feedback helps guide what comes next—let us know what you’d love to see in v1.2!

@Luke Renfrew  Any chance this functionality could be extended to make.com? Their offering is similar to Zapier but priced more competitively.  I’m currently using webhooks for my make.com integrations with Hospitable, but it sounds like the Zapier integration allows for additional functionality, so I’d love to have a more direct connection using Make.com built-in modules.

Can we include in the webinar tomorrow information on sending webhooks?

@Peter

we chose to do Zapier first as it had allot more upvotes on its feature request.

I would recommend adding your vote and any comment here:

https://feedback.hospitable.com/p/integration-with-makecom

The Zapier integration uses the existing webhooks and API endpoint so anything you can do in Zapier you could achieve in Make.com.  Although I do understand having the official integration makes this process allot easier!

@scotts Can you elaborate?  Webhooks are typically sent by services when things happen. So are not usually something that are sent by a user

I’m interested but need to do a much deeper dive. I’d love to be able to send out emails to guests a certain amount of time after they stayed- a month or 2 they get an email and a text to stay again. Sounds like this sort of automation is possible with Zapier and some other software? (Like I said, still trying to grasp all this)

Hey everyone,

We’re currently setting up a lightweight affiliate/influencer system – specifically for direct bookings. Here’s the idea:

➤ Guest books through our website using an influencer code like CHRISTIAN5

➤ Zapier picks up the booking and checks the code

➤ We log the booking data + influencer’s commission into a Google Sheet

➤ The influencer automatically receives an email with their earnings

➤ End of the month: we finalize payouts manually based on the sheet

Almost everything can be automated beautifully through Zapier – except for one missing field:

👉 The discount/promo code used in the direct booking.

Any plans to expose that field in the Zapier trigger payload?

It would be a gamechanger for anyone running affiliate or promo tracking workflows – without needing external dev tools or custom APIs.

If you’d benefit from this too, feel free to upvote or comment – maybe it helps get this prioritized 💡

Cheers,

Azur
