Hosts using Hospitable's dynamic pricing saw a 14.9% jump in occupancy and a 12.2% boost in revenue per available night, resulting in roughly $18,000 in additional revenue for a typical host! We've also made Auto-Reply smarter about when to respond, introduced a new brand of smart thermostats to connect, and shared updates about our Vrbo integration.

Messaging that knows when to talk and when to be quiet

Auto-Reply now explains why it didn't respond, noting when guests mention restricted topics like discounts. You can now set a fallback message for restricted conversations and pause Auto-Reply indefinitely or temporarily to handle things personally. Auto-Reply also accesses more details, such as available upsells, trip insurance, and deposits, to answer more reservation questions independently.

Never chase owner payments again

Shortly, owners will be able to pay invoices directly through the portal using connected bank accounts. We’ll automatically handle payment processing, notifications, and reminders. Connect your bank account once, invite owners to connect theirs, and we’ll manage collections with all communication using your custom domain. Rolling out in February to begin collecting January invoice payments.
