Feature requests and product ideas

Q: Could Hospitable add a full guest profile view in the Direct Portal?
A: This is a feature request. Hosts are encouraged to add or vote for it on the feedback board so it can be considered for future development.

Q: When are custom seasonal pricing markups coming?
A: These are planned as part of future pricing improvements. No specific timeline was announced.

Q: Can we get a CC function in messaging, or is there an alternative?
A: A CC capability is not supported. It would require a significant redesign of messaging. Hosts are encouraged to submit the idea so the team can gauge interest.

Messaging and communication

Q: Messaging with a CC capability would help my workflow. Is that possible?
A: The system does not support CC for guest messaging. There is no workaround at this time. The product team tracks this via feature requests.

Direct Booking and operational questions

Q: If a guest needs to extend their stay, how should it be handled?
A: The correct process depends on the booking channel involved. Additional details (such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Direct) are needed to provide accurate guidance.

Q: My properties are in Seattle, and regulations are strict. What should I know?
A: This type of region-specific question is best discussed with other local hosts in the Hospitable Community, where they can share their experiences.

Statements and invoices

Q: Isn’t the Statements & Invoices feature already available?
A: Yes. However, some hosts may not need it if they already receive sufficient statements from booking platforms or their payment processor.

Community and support resources

Q: Where can I submit feature ideas or vote on suggestions?
A: At feedback.hospitable.com. Submitting or upvoting ideas helps the team understand demand and prioritize improvements.
