• Create your own dashboards - no risk, no complexity

  • Start from the pre-built Overview, Quality, Revenue, and Messaging dashboards, or build your own from scratch. Add any widgets you want and tailor metrics to how you run your business.

• See real examples from hosts using Metrics in the wild

  Nik showed dashboards created by hosts for:

  – Portfolio-level snapshots

  – Revenue targets

  – Property-specific dashboards

  – Tax tracking

  – Monthly & year-over-year comparisons

  – Weekly performance check-ins

  These examples sparked ideas on how flexible the new dashboards can be.

• Customize everything: filters, date ranges, breakdowns, visual types

  • Use group-by filters to break down revenue, reviews, and more by property, month, owner, or tag.
