Touch Stay doesn’t offer a built-in setup service, but hosts have two great options:

What’s new at Touch Stay?
Emma shared 3 standout features that have launched recently:
- AI guidebook generator
Paste your Airbnb listing into Touch Stay, and it automatically builds your first guide. You can then edit, style, and customize the look and feel.
- AI chatbot inside the guide
Guests can now ask questions directly in the guide, and the AI will respond using the exact information from your own content; nothing generic, nothing from the open internet. If the answer isn’t there, it prompts the guest to contact you.
Note: Hospitable hosts using the Hospitable Knowledge Hub will know that you can also do this with Hospitable’s built-in AI features
- Two-way messaging with memo
Memo has gone from one-way push notifications to full guest messaging. Guests can now reply to your check-in messages, ask questions, or request changes, like early check-in or extra services, right from the guide. It’s a big win for responsiveness and a more personalized guest experience.
Upselling, made seamless
Touch Stay now supports upsell widgets directly in the guidebook. Hosts can offer up to 20 different upsells: from picnic hampers and champagne to spa treatments or local rentals, all presented alongside property info.

- Easy to set up (about 5 minutes per item)
- Ideal for larger properties or groups looking for add-ons
- Supports both self-created offers and third-party partners (e.g. private chefs, restaurants)
- Payment support is coming soon

Building trust with links in automated messaging
Some hosts noticed guests are hesitant to click external guidebook links, especially in Airbnb messages. Emma suggests:
- Add reassurance in the message itself: let guests know the link is safe, authorized, and secure.
- Use a custom domain for your Touch Stay link if you have one. This makes it look more branded and trustworthy. Guide here.

A 5-minute guest experience win
When asked what a host could do in just 5 minutes to improve the guest experience, Emma’s advice was simple:
“Talk to them.”
Even a brief call before arrival, to check if they have any questions, makes a big difference. It improves satisfaction, leads to better reviews, and builds trust.
“The human touch still matters. The humble phone call might be the most underused guest experience tool we have.”
