I’ve changed the title to be more simple. 
and planning to get new cover photo to show my strong amenities like waterslide and cave style hot tub. 
 

My description seems too long so I’m trying to be more intentional about tightening it up.

We are doing pretty well overall but when we bought it we were hoping to see more longer-term (1 week+) rentals. At the moment we get a lot of 2-3 day rentals on weekends and much of the week remains empty even in the prime seasons of winter and summer.
