Our latest product update
Updated Booking.com & Vrbo connectivity
We’ve rebuilt our Booking.com connection to now include special requests from the guest to show in your inbox. We’re also improving our Vrbo connection, ensuring we can be the source of truth and support more of their features, like managing your guest reviews. A new design is being rolled out for your property pages, which will help you better manage your pricing.
Smoother Direct booking alterations
Guests now see a clear pricing breakdown when you send an alteration request (in beta), and soon, you’ll be able to edit reservation prices before sending. Guests will also be able to request changes via the guest portal. On your self-hosted booking sites, you can now add analytics tools like Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel for better traffic and conversion insights
Copilot just got smarter
Our Copilot now generates charts and visualizations for multi-property comparisons or trend analysis. It also supports more advanced metrics, including financial breakdowns and calendar-based calculations. Copilot can now update pricing and availability across properties, and your team can use it with the data permissions you’ve allowed.
Owner stays are almost here
We’re close to launching Owner Stays that will automate prep time, lock rules, and fees. These reservations will appear separately from your guest metrics and calendar. Soon, owners will book their own stays in the owner portal. We're also developing automated owner payouts, useful when managing properties for many owners.
