We tested a new format for this week's Town Hall, which focused on our AI features you can use today! This was our attempt to try not to overwhelm you with too many product updates or share half-baked features. We plan to pivot the format, hearing from each product team, but with more focused topics. Product feedback and feature testing announcements will remain accessible on our feedback page and new community!

We're shifting from a traditional property management system to an AI-first solution to simplify our ever-growing product. Most conventional software interfaces force customers to adapt complex solutions, but AI will provide a more intuitive experience, allowing us to expand features without overwhelming new and existing users.

Speak to Copilot like a personal assistant

The Copilot feature now supports voice commands, allowing users to ask questions verbally instead of typing. This voice interaction is just as fast and accurate as the typed version, making the AI feature more accessible and user-friendly. We did a live demonstration of this by asking Copilot about guests with pets, and it quickly responded with actionable insight!

Message guests with smart voice recognition

Voice commands are also in the Inbox, enabling hosts to compose guest messages by speaking. Our AI understands conversation context and turns spoken instructions into professional messages across any language. This voice-to-text feature is available to all users and simplifies guest messaging, especially when on the go through the mobile app

Communicate with guests in any language

We had some fun with our internal team testing our AI’s voice-to-text multilingual capability, demonstrating its ability to process English, French, and Slavic dialects. It can handle any language and even craft creative messaging. For example, it can adapt a message you want to be written and have it sound like a cat is speaking to the guest!
