The star of this week’s Town Hall was the brand-new Owners Portal, a white-labeled hub that puts performance, payouts, and statements right in your owners’ hands. Many of our users, including a few colleagues, found themselves property managing by accident. This new feature makes their job easier! We also have some other great updates to share.

Our new Owners Portal delivers a branded dashboard highlighting occupancy, average nightly rate, and net reservation income at a glance! Owners can dive into consolidated or property-level views, download statements, and feel the professionalism of your business. You can test out the new owner portals in this interactive demo.
Customize statements to show numbers that matter
Generating statements is now only half the job, as you can custom-tailor every column before publishing and sharing with owners. For simplicity, hide reservation codes, spotlight net income, or remove taxes. Publish once and let owners self-serve in their portal or download a polished PDF. Your quick customizations now lead to better owner experiences and more trust.
Updated dynamic pricing and Vrbo beta
An updated dynamic pricing is here, bringing advanced weekend factors and controls to help you fine-tune your strategy. We're also rolling out rule sets, so you can make more adjustments on top of our AI-driven rates. Meanwhile, our full-PMS integration for Vrbo is now in pilot, giving you the same control you’re used to on Airbnb.
Airbnb security deposits and Booking.com review
Automated security deposits and an updated guest verification flow are now in beta for Airbnb, with support for Booking.com coming soon. These tools help you protect your properties and simplify guest onboarding. We’ve also launched a Kwikset smart-lock private pilot. Plus, you can view and reply to Booking.com guest reviews.
