Invest alongside us with $HOST tokens
You can now invest in Hospitable through our $HOST tokens, which are designed for transparent, long-term records, not quick crypto exchanges. U.S. residents must be accredited, and investors get VIP support, a private community, and a share of proceeds from future acquisitions or secondary-market liquidity. Leave team notes in the Inbox
Collaborate with your team without leaving the conversation. Now teammates can add notes right in the Inbox, @mention colleagues, and trigger push notifications. Mentions and unread status are unique per user, and you can optionally attach an AI summary so teammates can catch up fast. This is a beta feature, so be sure to enable it in your settings.
More control for Direct booking alterations
When you alter a Direct reservation, we’ll calculate the difference and allow you to edit the amount, including adding a guest, comping a night, or applying a custom discount. The guest approves the change in their portal. We’re also refining cancellations with refundable cleaning fees according to your policy, and support for non-refundable options is coming soon.
Owners can book their own stays
Owners can now book stays directly from their Owner’s Portal. Existing portals keep this off by default, so you’ll need to enable it. New portals will allow it automatically, and you can fine-tune the permissions on the business or per-owner level. Take the interactive tour to see how Owner Stays can be booked by owners or created by you.
