Automatically books a verified cleaner after every checkout with real-time status, in-app messaging, photo proof, and automated payments. AI turns issue alerts into reservation-aware checklists, and Operations SmartLock codes grant time-bound access for each task. Rolling out in the U.S., with Canada next week.
Direct that converts and measures
Direct now sends alteration requests to guests for portal approval, with price-adjusted alterations up next. Google Analytics and Tag Manager load across your site, widget, and booking flow with improved e-commerce events to track the full funnel from the first guest view to online booking.
Your supercharged Copilot
Copilot for Mogul adds charts and graphs, multi-property comparisons across custom time spans, and calendar lookups with bulk updates. It will help you answer questions, spot trends across properties, and take action without leaving the Copilot’s messaging thread. More enhancements are on the way, so stay tuned!
Owner Stays made simple
Owner Stays are live for Mogul users with an owner flag, custom prep time, optional day buffers, early check-in or checkout, and optional smart lock messages. Plus, you can automatically deduct the cleaning fee from that month’s owner statement. Owners’ self-bookings within their portal are coming soon. Take this interactive tour to learn more!!
