  • Preview mode shows recommended price vs. your current price with color cues (raise, hold, lower) + attributions (demand, seasonality, booking window, gap nights).

  • Flip it on in minutes: Daily auto-updates for 24 months; turn off anytime and your manual prices return.

  • Granular control when needed: Per-date manual overrides for price & min stay; layer percentage boosts via calendar rule sets.

  • Channel markups: Set per-channel markups in Settings or within Dynamic Pricing to handle marketplace fees.

I am using PriceLabs for Dynamic pricing. How do I make sure that the prices going to Airbnb now reflect the host fee?
I have currently set a mark-up of 15%. However there is also a nightly base rate. I want to make sure the Pricelabs dynamic pricing overrides my base rate.

Hi ​@yasamin! 

Dynamic pricing engines send base rates to Hospitable. Hospitable then applies the markup before pushing to Airbnb.

  • No host action is needed; markups don’t interfere with dynamic pricing.
  • Price models will auto-adjust as they observe new final prices.
