Workshop Recap: Listing Management Power-Up

In the last Power-up Workshop, ​@DeeJayinGA walked hosts through Listing Management, a brand new feature that lets you manage and edit your listings directly inside Hospitable. If you missed the live session, here’s a quick recap of what you can do right now, and what’s coming next.

The one minute recap

  • Listing management is available on all plans.
  • Edit listing Details, Pricing, and Availability directly in Hospitable
  • Push updates to Airbnb, Booking.com, and your Direct booking website
  • Make channel-specific edits when it makes sense for your business
  • Manage and update Amenities, including new sub-options for Pool and Parking
  • You can duplicate an Airbnb listing to Booking.com, then manage it from Hospitable
  • Vrbo support is not live yet. Our work is done on our side and we are waiting on their approvals
  • Photo management and listing headline editing are on the way
  • Create a new listing from scratch is planned

Why is this important for hosts

Keeping your listings fresh—photos, descriptions, and amenities—directly impacts your ranking and conversion. Until now, that meant repeating the same edits across multiple channels. With Listing Management, you can handle all of that inside Hospitable, faster and more accurately, while tailoring your copy for each platform.

 

What you can do today

Edit the essentials without leaving Hospitable

  • Update your summary, directions, neighborhood info, and getting around section
  • Move the map pin for accuracy (the address stays locked for payouts)
  • Review Arrival and House Rules for each property

Fine-tune Amenities

  • Add or remove amenities in bulk directly from Hospitable
  • Use new sub-options, e.g. for Pool (private/shared, seasonality) and Parking (type, spaces, reservations)
  • Discover amenities you may have missed (like board games, baby gear, or outdoor fireplaces) that can boost ranking

Adjust Pricing and fees

  • Manage occupancy rules and extra guest fees
  • Update Cleaning, Linen, Resort, and Pet fees
  • Set weekly and monthly discounts
  • Add a security deposit through Hospitable for extra peace of mind

Control availability and booking rules

  • Set minimum and maximum length of stay
  • Choose your availability window and instant book settings
  • Allow or block longer stay requests

Use Airbnb rule sets right from your calendar

  • Import existing Rule Sets from Airbnb
  • Apply custom trip lengths or discounts for events and peak periods

Keep channel specific voice where you need it

  • Click “edit per channel” on supported fields to tailor copy and settings for Airbnb, Booking.com, and your direct site

What is coming next

  • Edit your Listing Headline directly in Hospitable
  • Manage Photos, including reorder, captions, and per-channel sequencing
  • Create listings from scratch inside Hospitable
  • Expand support to Vrbo once partner approvals are complete
  • Introduce AI tools for rewriting descriptions, generating photo captions, and suggesting local highlights

Answers from live Q&A

  • Do my edits overwrite everything? Only the supported fields update. Hover the tooltip to see which channels receive that field.
  • Do fees sync? Yes, for Airbnb, Booking.com, and your direct booking site. Vrbo will follow.
  • Who owns my listings? You do. Hospitable doesn’t hold listings hostage—you keep full control.
  • Can I bulk edit amenities? Not yet, but it’s planned for next year.
  • Can I start on Booking.com with my Airbnb content? Yes. You can duplicate your Airbnb listing to Booking.com and manage it from Hospitable. Booking.com

Try it in three steps

  1. Go to Properties and open a listing
  2. Explore the Details, Pricing, and Availability tabs
  3. Click “edit per channel” where needed, make your changes, and press Save

Friendly pro tips we shared

  • Run a quick amenities audit—you’ll probably find easy wins you missed before
  • Adjust your extra guest fee to match real cleaning and supply costs
  • Use Rule Sets to set longer stays during event weeks
  • Double-check your first few updates on each channel while the rollout settles in
