Owner Management is included on the Mogul plan.

Set up your Property Manager business

• Create a business profile that defines how you operate (manager, owner, arbitrage).

• Connect a bank account to unlock automated owner payouts.

• Assign properties to the business and choose standard commission agreements to scale cleanly as you grow.

Add owners and configure commissions

• Build flexible, reusable commission agreements (standard, premium, light—whatever fits your needs).

• Choose who receives payouts (you or the owner) and whether Airbnb co-host payouts apply.

• Customize commissionable revenue (accommodation, fees, or custom mix).

• Split cleaning, pet, extra guest, and other fees however you and your owners prefer.

• Handle tax obligations, pass-through taxes, and special flat fees per reservation.

Generate statements & invoices automatically

• Statements and invoices are auto-created every month based on your commission setup.

• Show or hide fields per owner (reservation codes, guest names, fees, etc.).

• Add transactions, reimbursements, credits, and attachments (like receipts or repair photos).

• All statement math is handled for you - no more spreadsheets.

Owner Portal

• A branded portal (your logo, your domain, your colors) where owners can:

  • See performance metrics for each month

  • View statements

  • Book owner stays

  • Track scheduled payouts

• Owners can securely connect their bank account for automated ACH payouts.

Automated Owner Payouts (new!)

• Pay owners directly from Hospitable via ACH.

• Schedule payouts based on your preferred pay cycle (e.g., the 15th).

• Mark statements as paid automatically when funds settle.

• Cash-based accounting designed for STR operations.

• Real-time Profit & Loss reports per business or property.

• Track expenses and reimbursements with attachments.
