I’ve created a House Manual with Claude and was previously using google docs so I could update it as needed, Claude has created a House Manual in HTML format and I am using Tiiny to load it as a webpage but I can’t make real-time updates. Any suggestions?

I use Canva. I bought a Short-term rental template pack with an included House Manual template. From there, I share the file - Canva provides a shareable public link. I send my guests the link a few days before check-in so they can peruse it before they arrive.
