Did anyone build a damage photo upload tool linked to reservations for insurance claims?
We get behind on filing insurance claims to be reimbursed. So we are working to automate this.
Our team takes photos and videos of damages, but the photos are scattered on everyone’s phones and in WhatsApp. Claude gave me a solution for using a QR code for the cleaners to scan that could be matched to the guest/reservation. For photos, Claude recommended that the cleaners send the photos to DropBox instead of Google Drive. Dropbox File Request (1 link per property, no login needed for the cleaner). This stops cleaners from being forced to login to Google.

+3The Hospitable Tasks app already does most of this. And I think as of a week ago it's even integrated with filing claims through the Align damage waiver offering. It sounds like you're trying to rebuild stuff that already is built into the product... Poke around a bit to see what's already out of the box before building anything too custom.
