We are exploring how to automate more parts of our business. We’ve been learning about a couple of the AI options that hospitable has as integrations and they seem like they would fit a lot of our needs like:
Guest communication
relaying to teams on what’s app and getting back to guest or not
some of our guest message through Quo so having a workflow on how to work the communications on that.
Notifying on staff VA if there are issues that the AI isn’t comfortable solving on it’s own.
We have mcp connected through Perplexity but I’m not seeing yet how that can solve some of the problems that these packaged solutions can. Or am I wrong about htis and just need to take the time to train our ai that is connected to hospitable?
I would love to hear people experiences so far and problems and solutions.
