"Book Now" button

Hi everyone!

I am asking that the “check availability” button be changed to “Book Now” as a more significant CTA on the direct booking website.

I tried to put this is for an upvote but when I go to that section, it asks me to log back in and then says my info is incorrect, yet here I am on this page.

Let me know if I’m doing something wrong or how I can properly ask for that very simple edit.  We’re all trying to get more direct bookings and I’ve gotten a few audits done that said finding how to book was too clunky and not obvious.  ??

Suggest a feature / Feedback is hosted on a separate platform.

Did you go to Resources → Suggest a feature in the main Community menu? If so, it probably asked you to log in, and most likely you’d need to enter the same credentials you use for your Hospitable account.

I’m been saying this for years. It is really one of the most infuriating things about Direct. The design of the current templates and even the widget leaves an incredibly large amount of room for improvement. The current booking flow is very poor: the guest searches for the exact dates they want, select the property they want, then nowhere on the screen is there a button to book, rather in the upper right it says “check availability” (which doesn’t make any sense since they have already checked the availability), and at the bottom of the page (after they scroll down) where the booking widget appears and then the button says “Request to book” even if you have instant bookings on.
