I have recently moved from a cleaner I hired on Turno to one who I hired privately. 

 

My question is there an integrated app or way to have them be able to complete a checklist similar to what my previous cleaner was doing on Tunro. 

 

I am aware there is something you can build inside hospitable but my current understanding is the are unable to actually check things off or provide pictures or feedback.

You are right: standard Hospitable tasks do not currently let cleaners check items off in-app, upload photos, or submit feedback.

DIY checklist workaround: Keep using Hospitable tasks and teammate notifications, and link to a checklist form (Google Forms, Jotform, or Typeform) that collects checkmarks, photos, and notes per clean. Many hosts trigger and prefill a form via Zapier when a checkout task is created, then include that link in the task note or cleaner notification.
