We currently use VRPlatform for our owners statements but have been hearing about TopKey as a superior option. Anyone have first hand experience? https://www.topkey.io/bookkeeping

Hey @shorewaymgmt, Brian from Hospitable’s Customer Success team.

How do you like VRPlatform? We have owner statements, owner portals, accounting, and upcoming ACH built right into your Hospitable account now.

I'm pretty sure TopKey is a minimum of $300 per month. I'm not sure what you'd get out of that that you couldn't get out of Hospitable.

@Brian Seelos my understanding of the mogul owner statement option is that it won’t pull in any expenses from QBO or CCs. Unfortunately manually pulling in all expenses each month wouldn’t make sense for us so this is why we’re still using VRPlatform

@shorewaymgmt You are correct. I’m lobbying the Mogul engineering team pretty hard to add that feature as soon as possible. Until then, you have three options for getting those transactions into Hospitable: manually adding them 1 by 1, manually adding recurring transactions, or uploading a spreadsheet which will add them all at once. This article will show you how this works.
