But we use GetClearning for its automated bookkeeping & reconciliation and trust accounting feature. If you are looking for something simple and easy to start, then Hospitable tools are fine, but for something more robust, you will need some other tools.

Hi ​@StayForAwhile great question! I wouldn’t say there is a one-size-fits-all answer. Every VRM is structured a bit differently, and some accounting platforms are more flexible than others.

Some things to consider in your search:

• Does it connect to your existing bank 
• Does it provide native trust accounting functionality
• Does it integrate with your PMS. merchant processors & booking channels
• Does it help create owner statements 
• Can you add custom fees & management commissions
• What does onboarding/setup include
• What customer support is offered
