We sent the following email to all impacted hosts on August 29, 2025 but some hosts did not see it, so we are posting the message here for visibility.  Airbnb is moving all PMS connected hosts to a 15.5% host-only fee starting October 27, 2025. This may feel like a significant change if you are currently on a split-fee model, but we want to ensure you understand what it means and how Hospitable will help you adapt.What’s changingAirbnb will no longer charge guests a service fee. Instead, you (the host) will pay a 15.5% host-only fee.
